Notes section to the right of the title outlines: Shelter Huts, Portages, Lumber Camps, Railroads, Fire Towers, Park Boundary, Motor Roads, and Marsh areas. To the right of that is the arrow indicating North, South, East, West direction. Fishing Regulations are also in the upper right of the map. Some canoe routes laid out. Railway and railway stations for the C.N.R. A note included on the bottom of the map states: " Permission may be secured from the Standard Chemical Company to travel by log-train to and from South River Village and Round Lake".
